We, the undersigned, request that Gov. Corbett remove such funding from the state budget either directly or through contracts with the federal government.  This funding provides contraceptive drugs and condoms to unmarried people, even to minors behind the backs of their parents.  Thus, this funding violates parental rights and promotes sexual promiscuity, which results in huge increases in abortion, out-of-wedlock births and sexually transmitted diseases.
